Composite dispersant have dispersed, lubrication, coupling, cladding, etc multiple effect, overcomes the traditional dispersing agent (such as: stearic acid, PE wax, stearic acid salt, etc.) function relatively single, dispersion effect is not ideal, masterbatch unstable disadvantages including product quality, can more effectively improve the dispersivity of the masterbatch; At the same time, the compound dispersant won't produce the phenomenon of precipitation, such as stearic acid, and the price is relatively cheap, with mid-range price of PE wax. In masterbatch formulation, additives with composite dispersant as the main body (adding proportion based on cost and quality requirements in regulation between 2-6%), and then add some other lower-end additives (such as paraffin wax, stearic acid, zinc, etc.) to fill the amount.
