Modified hydroxyl magnesium stearate KPW-12P
1. Introduction:
(1£© KPW-12P is a kind of modified hydroxyl magnesium stearate, with the characteristics of high efficient
in internal lubrication. It can increase the mobility of polymer and has good dispersion on the inorganic fillers, additives and pigments, also with good performance in reduce the accumulation of polymer and filler in extrusion die head.
(2) KPW-12P unique chemical structure:
1) The nonlinear C18 fatty acid long chain form a unique molecular structure, it has more efficient lubrication compared with the linear chain.
2) The front part of Magnesium metal (Mg head) plays a stronger role in merchandised than the traditional Mg-St.Because the unique function of nonlinear chemical structure can work closely with Magnesium metal.
2. Technical sheet
Appearance: white powder
Mg%: 4.3-5.3
Density: 1.09
Particle size: 80¦Ìm
Melting Point: 180-200¡æ
3. Feature
(1) Reduce the anti-reflection; improve surface quality of the products
(2) Efficient dispersion effect
(3) KPW-12P play a role of a bridge, make inorganic substances and the resin into a whole. It acts as an efficient coupling effect.
(4) Improve production efficiency and reduce product defect rate
(5) It is a green environmental product, has passed FDA certification, and is safe for contact with food
4. Green environment advantages
The processing temperature of KPW-12P can reach 350 ¡æ, when the temperature reached 400 ¡æ, the breakdown products as below:
(1) H2O
(2) CO2
(3) MgO
The processing aids of KPW-12P is modified hydroxyl magnesium stearate. It will not effect the green recycling and environment, especially for incineration of membrane.
5. Mechanism
(1) Reinforced the compatibility for resin, inorganic filler, additives and pigments
(2) Strengthen the dispersion on inorganic fillers, additives and pigments
(3) KPW-12P will not precipitate:
- It acts as a role of bridge, make KPW-12P, resin, as well as inorganic fillers, additives, pigments into a whole.
